Dear Shanti and Donna Lisa -
As I was preparing to meditate as Donna-Lisa taught me to do, I thought of how far I have come in just a few sessions with you ladies. I cannot express how grateful I am for you two to come into my life. I have come farther with healing in the past 2 months than I have in the previous 6 years with medicine, traditional and non -traditional therapy, hypnosis, and more. You two are truly gifted in the art of healing and I am excited to come to each session with you.
Donna, the written work we did yesterday created an amazing shift in my thinking. As soon as I feel the “sadness”, I acknowledge it and give it up to the world so that a healthier thought can take its place. Even though I consider myself spiritual, I have never been able to relax my mind enough to “do” yoga, but the yoga session we did yesterday showed me that I can do this. The feel of the grass, the grounding into earth, the sun on my face, and the skillful guidance of you, Donna Lisa, was truly beautiful and peaceful and loving.
You two have opened my heart so much, and I am looking forward to a long relationship of healing with you two as my guides.

When all my doctors offered was pills and IV medications for an illness that I was told I would have for the rest of my life, Donna-Lisa and Shanti guided me through a more natural, healing method of changing my diet, exercise and mindfulness of my body, mind and spirit. Through their continued guidance of a more holistic approach to living, my condition became more manageable and I became more aware that I must take care of my body if I want my body to take care of me.
In 2012, feeling at my lowest as my body seemed to be getting worse and worse, I began working with Shanti and Donna-Lisa, whom together helped me understand I didn't have to wait, wonder, and fear what would happen to my body; that I could help heal my body, "holistically". It seemed to make sense but I was apprehensive; I'd listened to the guidance of my doctors religiously since I was a little girl in the 1940's. But I knew I didn't want to keep feeling the way I was feeling, so I followed their guidance to the "T" and, oh, my goodness, it worked! I had an awakening that had me laughing out loud and dancing like I was a teenager again! Their guidance gave me a new lease on life and I will forever be grateful from the bottom of my heart for their care, love, and support. Thank You!
I would like to recommend Donna-Lisa to anyone seeking the services of a highly talented life coach. I first met Donna-Lisa 6 years ago during leadership training sessions. My first impression of her is one that has proved to be accurate: A very upbeat, vivacious woman who has tremendous energy and has helped others and me adopt a positive attitude regardless of circumstances. Even my diet has improved during the time I have known Donna-Lisa. I have never felt any pressure what so ever, having always felt free to respond to friendly suggestion and her excellent example of a healthy life style. She has helped and continues to help me with life decisions such as career direction and dealing with difficult relationships.
About three years ago I injured my back. I had ruptured disks associated with L2 and L4 vertebra. The options for relief of pain were surgery or physical therapy. As the odds for successful surgery were 60-40, I opted for the physical therapy route. After about 4 months, progress to alleviate pain was not happening. I began participating in Shanti's yoga program...I learned to relax and concentrate on how the body reacts to pain...my mobility increased with the stretching exercises...the toning of muscles caused by Yoga exercises began the healing process. After a few months, most of my pain was gone and my mobility was better than before the injury. After a year's time, all symptoms of the injury disappeared.
